More Cake Pops Please!

Our first post on cake pops has been our most popular blog post by a mile! We have made a ton more cake pops since then so we thought we'd share our latest
cake pop creations!

Clown and other whimsical cake pops created for a
carnival party. See the entire party here!

We added royal icing transfers to dress up these cake pops for this super hero birthday party.

Minnie and Mickey Mouse cake pops for a lucky little girl's birthday party. See the huge dessert table and
party details here!

Anchor shaped molds were used to decorate these cake pops for a vintage style nautical baby shower.

How adorable are these strawberry cake pops? Placing them in strawberry baskets took the cutness level over the top! These were made for this retirement party.

We don't often do upside down cake pops but we thought they would look great on top of two lighted square vases. See all the pictures from this party here.

Here are our owl cake pops on a branch shaped from fondant. See these cake pops in the dessert table we created for a baby shower that was featured on Amy Atlas!

Send in the Clowns

We are excited to present pictures of a carnival party we did this weekend. We worked with a wonderful client who owns a daycare. She wanted to transform her backyard into a carnival for a day of fun for the daycare kids and their parents. We used traditional carnival colors and carried them throughout the decor.

The whimsical dessert table was the centerpiece of the event. Jennifer created cupcakes topped with marshmallows cut to look like little buckets of popcorn. Clown cake pops were complimented by theme color cake pops for a lovely display. Jennifer custom dyed candy melts to get just the right turquoise coating for the cake pops. Jeff created the amazing large "Welcome to the Carnival" sign on the dessert table backdrop as well as the mini pennant hanging on striped straws between two cupcakes.

Custom sewn carnival game backdrops added splashes of color to the backyard. Striped fabric in the color theme wasn't readily available so we custom striped the fabric from solid pieces to ensure the color theme stayed true. Jeff designed beautiful game signs for each booth.

Kids enjoyed a caricature artist and played games with a clown on stilts.Guests indulged in cotton candy and popcorn from nostalgic machines.

At the prize table we gathered like prizes together in mason jars to create an old fashioned carnival feel. Flags on striped straws in the mason jars told the kids the ticket value of each prize.

One guest commented that the only thing missing was a roller coaster! Many thanks to our client Lori for allowing us to create this wonderful day!
